Overview
HERITAGE WALLED CITY – Amritsar old city is walled with twelve entrance gates during the time of Maharaja Ranjit Singh to protect the city from the invaders. BABA DEEP SINGH TEMPLE AT RAMGARHIA GATE – After the Golden Temple Baba Deep Singh ji temple is most famous temple among the local people. Baba Deep Singh was the Sikh warrior who sacrificed his life to protect the Golden Temple.

DHOBI GHAT AT BHAGTAWALA GATE: - During the colonial time, British government introduced laundry bay in Amritsar city and still it is earing source of some watermen families. Hundreds of colorful fabrics makes the dhobi Ghat sight if Attraction for the visitors.

CREMATION GROUND AT HATTHI GATE: - This cremation center is most prominent center of Amritsar City. All population of Amritsar, even Sikh community also uses this center. It’s biggest and largest cremation center in Amritsar city.
