Overview

We created Battambang’s Food Traditions as an open invitation into the heart of Cambodian hospitality. Food is the lens through which we understand history, and the kitchen is where a community’s truest stories are told. On this journey, you will not just try the food on the table—you will meet market masters and grandmothers, hearing the personal histories behind Cambodia's most resilient recipes. Through shared dishes, meaningful conversations, and deep cultural insights, you will discover that the most memorable flavor in Cambodia is the warmth of its people.
