Yoga is India’s gift to the world. The word yoga literally means ‘union’, union of the body, mind and soul. Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, simply known as Sadhguru, is one such proponent of the ancient science of yoga. Through his Isha Foundation that has over 200 centers worldwide, Sadhguru is engaged in spreading awareness about the benefits of yoga.
