Hisor is a city in western Tajikistan, approximately 45 km west of Dushanbe. It is located at an altitude of 799–824 meters above sea level, surrounded by high mountains. Tourists will be collected from the hotel and taken to Hisar City.

We will arrive in Hissar in 30-40 minutes. We will visit the Old Madrasa. In the XVI–XVIII centuries, two madrassas and the mausoleum of Makhdumi Azam (translated "The Greatest Lord") were built. It is not known for sure who it was built for). Nearby, as with any other medieval fortress, there were houses and craft workshops.

The incredible Hissar Fortress was once the magnificent palace of one of the Bukhara Emirate's most powerful beys! Inside, you'll find a stunning pool and a gorgeous garden. Across from the fortress, there's a lively market square with a caravanserai and a fantastic variety of shops. Hissar Fortress and the town have been settled since the 6th century BC and up until the mid-19th century! It was the beating heart of the Hissar valley, the main administrative, political, and economic centre.
