We will demystify how energy affects everything you do and feel—and show you how to work with your body and your mind. We practice sequences according to physical or emotional issues where the alternative medicine aspect of Daoism offers the opportunity to deep healing and profound transformation. Yin Yoga is so much more than physical stretching: It is an art, a philosophy and a way to live.
