Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival is an annual winter festival that takes place with a theme in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China, and now the largest ice and snow festival and ice sculpture competition in the world. From late December of 2024 to the end of February, 2025, come experience the world's largest ice festival in beautiful Harbin city.
