Stop 1
Langza Village, located in Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh, sits at an altitude of 14,500 feet and offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains and ancient fossils. The village is famous for its 10-meter tall Buddha Statue, which symbolizes peace and spirituality. Home to a small Buddhist community, Langza is rich in culture and tradition, with residents living a traditional lifestyle. Visitors can enjoy trekking, fossil hunting, and the serene environment. The village's night sky, free from light pollution, reveals a breathtaking display of stars, making Langza a perfect destination for peace, introspection, and stargazing in the Himalayas.
