Overview
Surrounded by the earthy aroma of the land, this experience offers a moment to appreciate both the bold character and delicate nuances of ginger in its purest form. Afterward, you will travel to a local restaurant where a special multi-course meal centered on ginger awaits. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with selected Tosa sake from breweries along the middle reaches of the Niyodo River. During the meal, the ginger farmer, the local sake shop owner who curates the Tosa sake, and the chef who prepares the dishes will join you at the table. From their respective perspectives, they will share their dedication to ingredients, flavors, and the art of pairing, creating a memorable dining experience where the passion of producer, craftspeople, and guests comes together.
