Overview
This bike tour is based on our most popular tour, Nara Highlights, but reserved for families with kids with adult-size E-bikes and kids-size bikes. Child seats are available for non-riding kids and infants as well. As it is a private family tour, you can be sure that your guide will take extra care of your group, adjusting and adapting the tour based on your preferences. Itinerary
Stop 1
Admire the Great South Gate, the symbol of the entrance of the domain of Todaiji, and learn about its history.
Stop 2
Enter Todaiji Temple and see the biggest Buddha statue of Japan and learn about the history of the city.
Stop 3
Visit the Kikuichi Knife shop, former Samurai Sword maker and actual cooking knives maker. Learn about Knives and buy some if you wish to. Free engraving can be asked when you visit on our tour.
Stop 4
Visit the Shrine of Kasuga Taisha, Learn about the spirit living there and discover Shinto, the oldest concept of spirituality in the world.
Stop 5
Walk on the wooden bridge and stop to take one last picture for amazing memories.
Stop 6
Ride through Nara Park and Admire the animals living there
Stop 7
Enjoy lunch in a classic Japanese Tapas restaurant called "Izakaya", serving a huge range of food, that could even fit vegetarians or vegans (less choice obviously, but should be enough). IMPORTANT In case the guests go beyond budget, we will ask them to complete the difference. Thank you for your understanding.
