Yala national park is situated in Sri Lanka’s south east hugging panoramic Indian Ocean. Yala is home to 44 varieties of mammal and 215 bird species. Among its more famous residents is the world biggest concentration of leopards, majestic elephants, sloth bears, sumbars, jackals, spotted dear, peacocks and crocodiles. This safari takes you as close as possible to wildlife in a private Jeep without having to worry about getting to the park from Yala.
