Itinerary
Stop 1
A short lane filled with souvenir and snack shops. During the day, it is the busiest of three historical lanes in Ipoh Old Town.
Stop 2
A former iron mining site that is now a lively tourist attraction with convenient facilities. There are boat tours to explore 2 lakes. Each with its own distinct features. There is an on-site cafe that is great for experiencing local kopitiam culture while enjoying the scenery. Boat fees and entrance fees are not included (paid on site).
Stop 3
This is one of the most famous cave temples in Ipoh. It has an elegant appearance. The main prayer hall is in a big cave chamber with beautiful paintings. Able visitors can even climb up to the top of the hill for a view of the surroundings (access to the top is closed after 3pm).
Stop 4
Besides wandering among the different fruit trees on this farm, visitors can browse the onsite store for fresh fruit and juice, local snacks and other farm products. There are also some domestic animals here that visitors can feed and observe.
