Itinerary

Stop 1

In the morning, pick up and transfer to visit Panda Breeding and Research Base. It is the home of about 80 giant pandas and some other rare animals, such as red panda, black-necked crane, white-crane etc. Walking along the excellently designed walkways, you will have a good angle through the open enclosures of giant pandas. Arrive at the center before 09:00 am, then you could have a chance to see the pandas feeding at around 09:30 am. After the feeding time, visit Panda Museum and watch a 20-minute video at Panda Theatre to learn about the research and breeding of the giant pandas. Then walk along the walkways to watch pandas or other rare animals. Besides, you could also choose to deliver a postcard or other panda souvenir from the Panda Post to you or your family & friends. The Panda Post is the only post office that has its own postcode 610088 and postdates mark.

Stop 2

Have a Chinese lunch with traditional Sichuan food at a suggested local restaurant (order dishes and pay at the spot by yourself). Then we will explore the surroundings at Wuhou Temple, one of the most popular attractions in the country. It is the largest museum on the site left over from the Three Kingdoms Period and a very quiet oasis in the city.

Stop 3

Then enjoy a free & leisure time at Jinli Old Street. Walking in this street, historic lanes, old official residences, vernacular dwellings, inns, and shops will bring you back to ancient China. The elegant style of the architecture tells you what Sichuan looks like during the Qing Dynasty. Sichuan Culture is inlayed in this ancient street. The tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel.
