• For the shared tour, we’ll pick you up at your hotel lobby between 2:00–3:00 AM. We’ll email your driver and pickup details the day before your tour.
• Estimated return back to your hotel is around 3:00 - 5:00 PM depending on the traffic situations
• Bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, and comfortable slippers/shoes for water activities
• Please be informed that due to this peak season, there is an average waiting time for the whale shark swimming for 2-3 hours
• A refund will be provided if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather.
