Medical Certificate Requirements: - Issued by an official healthcare provider (clinic, public health center, hospital, or licensed doctor) - States that you are in good health and physically fit for hiking activities - Should be issued within 1 day prior to the hike (preferably recent) We highly recommend that you prepare this certificate before your hike.
