While the driver speaks only Japanese, we offer remote support in English via WhatsApp or other messaging apps if needed. - If your total usage exceeds 3 hours (a 5-minute grace period is included), please pay the additional fee in cash directly to the driver.
- Due to road conditions, the journey from Oishida Station to Ginzan Onsen may occasionally take over 30 minutes.
- For the return trip, be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
- We recommend taking a photo of the taxi's license plate to avoid confusion.
- Arrival time at Oishida Station may vary depending on road conditions, so please allow extra time if you have a scheduled Shinkansen or JR train.
