At the beginning of this class, choose your favorite lunch box and wear an apron. Cooking starts from making traditional Japanese broth 'Dashi'. After that, you make seven basic Japanese dishes often eaten at home, using Wagyu (Japanese beef), shrimp, salmon, egg, squash and mushroom, green vegetable, also make triangular rice balls.
